Australian producer Cousin, known for creating Deep Techno and other genres with a Dub and Ambient sensibility, released a 12-inch in 2019 under the name Jackson, in collaboration with Freda, featuring four Leftfield tracks. The music combines a three-dimensional, floating feel created by analog synthesizers with a cybernetic edge. The raw texture is combined with multifaceted, ethnic rhythms, weaving together a gentle, strange, underwater-like sonic world.
