Side A features a psychedelic, dub-infused Latin sound with guest percussionist Gen Ogimi. Side B1 offers a warm, modern-classical atmosphere centered on the sounds of insects and acoustic guitar. Side B2 creates an ambient soundscape using percussion and synth reverbs that seem to blend into the forest. I am describing this in my own words, though I feel they hardly do the music justice. It is a record that delivers three highly addictive tracks that defy categorization. Released in 2002 on Flower Records, a label helmed by Eitetsu Takamiya (owner of the Shibuya venue Ball), the label celebrated its 30th anniversary last year.
