his is the first of the "Highlife World Series" trilogy, which the two created in sessions with local musicians, focusing on Cuba. Side A by Auntie Flo, who uses a rhythm machine to insert rhythm and clicks, with a balance that doesn't take away the heat of a long Latin jazz session. Vo. House = B-side by Esa, where light and cosmic percussion bounces comfortably on the earth. Features two earthy tracks perfect for dancing during the hot season without worrying about sweat. I also recommend the Kenya and Uganda parts of the trilogy.
