An AOR masterpiece released in LA in 1976. A1=”Get It Up For Love” has been covered by artists all over the world. The producer is Booker T. & the M.G.'s guitarist Steve Cropper. Perhaps due to his origins as a descendant of an oil tycoon, the group features key players David Foster, saxophone Tom Scott, and backing vocalists from the Eagles' Glenn Frey & Don Henley, Linda Ronstadt, and J.D. Souther, who play refreshing grooves rooted in soul. Exactly half a century has passed since its release. Even today, the elegant and urban coastal breeze gently caresses the skin throughout the album.
